By accessing our website (sucrecafeandgo.com), placing an order, or purchasing any product from Sucré Café and Go — whether online, in person at our drive-thru, or via mail — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Allergen & Food Safety Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


2. Products & Availability

All products are baked fresh daily in limited quantities. Menu items, flavors, and availability change daily without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Product images on our website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. Colors, sizes, and decorations may vary.


3. Ordering & Payment

Orders placed through sucrecafeandgo.com are for pick-up only at our drive-thru location. We do not offer home delivery at this time.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable Texas state and local sales tax. Prices may change without notice.

Payment is processed at the time of checkout via Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount of your order including taxes and any applicable tips.


4. Pick-Up Policy

Orders must be picked up at our drive-thru location:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation (email or order number) when collecting your order.

Operating hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Orders not picked up within operating hours on the day they were placed may be forfeited without refund.


5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued after an order has been picked up at the drive-thru.
  • Order cancellations may be requested by contacting us at (512) 995-3309 before the order is prepared. Once preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
  • If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us immediately at the drive-thru window before leaving. We will make it right on the spot.

6. Allergens & Food Safety

Our complete allergen disclosure and food safety practices are detailed in our Allergen & Food Safety Policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted that policy.

Sucré Café and Go is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse health outcomes resulting from the consumption of our products. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and contacting us before ordering.

All content on sucrecafeandgo.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product names, and website design — is the property of Sucré Café and Go LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
